禹王瀑、洗儿池、禹穴、禹胎岩、口吐莲花

　　此处海拔达2500多米，瀑布高达100多米，瀑水从高处落下，如蛟龙入海，势不可挡。深潭，名叫“洗儿池”，有关野史传说大禹出生时，相貌十分丑陋，模样吓人。母亲女嬉每天就把他放到池子里洗，谁知大禹每洗一次就长漂亮一次，不仅洗得身强体壮，而且聪颖过人。而大禹天生就对水很亲近，池里的水也是越洗越清。后来，人们都愿意把娃娃放入池中泡洗，说洗过的娃娃既聪明又漂亮，百病不侵。在禹王瀑的左边岩壁上有一个山洞，那里就是女嬉生产大禹之地，人称“禹穴”。在禹王瀑的上方，高耸着一块陡峭突出的山岩，叫“禹胎岩”。据说大禹出世时异常艰难，七天七夜不落地。母亲女嬉想起她是天上流星入怀，才得以怀孕的，肯定不是凡胎。一阵阵痛过后，果然产下的是一个“石胎”，一阵天崩地裂，石胎分为两半，从中迸出了大禹。此时，电闪雷鸣，洪水滔天，眼看就要淹过“禹穴”，女嬉急中生智，把包裹大禹的胎石奋力向上一抛，瞬间变成这快巨大的山岩，镇住了洪水，形成了瀑布。相传禹胎石一共两块，禹王瀑上只是其中之一，而另一块，却不知所踪了。有人说，那半快禹胎石，仍留在禹穴之中，那洞口的一株野树，就是女嬉所做的标记。人们把这棵树，称作“口吐莲花”。

According to legend, Yu was very ugly when he was born, so his mother Nvxi bathe him everyday in the pond, who would have thought that more Yu bathed in the pond, more handsome, strong and smart he became. So people all prefer to bathe their babies in the pond and their babies all became smart, pretty and immune from disease. There is a cave in the cliff to the left of King Yu Waterfall. It was the place where Nvxi gave birth to Yu, so it was called "Yu Cave'. A steep and outstanding rock projects from King Yu Waterfall, and it is called "Yu Embryo Rock". It is said that Yu's mother had great difficulty giving birth and she lay in for 7 days and 7 nights. She thought she was pregnant with a meteor, and she really gave birth to a "Stone Embryo". Suddenly the heavens fell and the earth split, and the "Stone Embryo" was divided into 2 parts, which Yu jumped out of. Just at that time, lightening flash and thunder roared, a flood approached, and was about to submerge "Yu Cave". Nvxi hit upon an idea in the emergency. She threw up the "stone Embryo", and the stone became a huge rock, and controlled the flood and formed the waterfall. According to legend, "the stone embryo" had 2 halves, the one on Yu Waterfall was just one of the 2 halves, but the other one was missing. Someone said the other one was still in "Yu Cave", and the tree beside the mouth of the cave was the mark made by Nvxi, and people called this tree 'Lotus Flower From the Mouth".
